American television personality Audrina Patridge has a rocking body and nobody can deny that. So does she manage to stay fit and sexy all year round? The secret is her active and balanced lifestyle. She always has a busy schedule so she likes to start the day with a hearty breakfast. It can include banana pancakes, turkey bacon, hash browns and a side of fruit. Audrina’s diet revolves around healthy foods. She loves apples and she prefers them to coffee.
She’s also a fan of healthy snacks and she always treats herself to delicious shakes made of different fruits such as mangos, peaches, pineapples and berries. Greek yogurt mixed with fresh fruit also makes for a wonderful snack. She also goes to the gym 5-6 days a week and follow a body box routine created by her personal trainer. Basically it alternates rounds of boxing combinations that include punches and kicks with body weight-only strength moves.
Her routine starts with three minutes of shadowboxing or jumping rope. Then she does a set of 20 reps of each of those various moves in order with no rest in between. Usually, she repeats this workout twice. Since it requires no equipment, this is a perfect workout routine for any one of you.
