Homemade Remedies To Reduce Hair Fall
Hair fall is a major problem most of us have to face. The causes are multiple and they include the lack of proper nutrition, aging, stress, but also heredity or certain types of medication. There are so many types of treatments out there and this makes it difficult to choose. But sometimes the best remedy is the one you can make yourself at home.
Maybe you’ve noticed that many hair care products contain coconut milk. That’s because it’s one of the richest sourced of tissue-nourishing. You can grind a grated coconut and squeeze it to get the juice. Then massage the coconut milk on the scalp.
Coconut milk is great as a hair fall remedy but it’s not the only oil you can use for natural home treatments. You can also opt for jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil or lavender oil. Massage it on the scalp to stimulate blood flow and to control hair fall.
Aloe Vera is great for many things, including as a natural remedy for hair loss. You can massage the head with aloe gel and then wash it with warm water after a few hours. Do this twice a week and you’ll see the difference.
The Neem leaves.
In case you haven’t heard of it, Neem is a tropical evergreen tree that lives primarily in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It’s also known as Indian lilac and it has many health and beauty benefits. Boil the leaves in water until the water level drops to half the initial quantity and rinse the hair with the mixture once a week.
Another plant you can use is amla. Boil dried amla in coconut milk until it turns black in color and use the mix to massage your scalp. You can also make a paste from amla and shikakai powder. Apply the paste to your hair, leave it for a few minutes and wash it off.
